Dismissal Claims

Wrongful dismissal claims refers to situations were an employer has broken the contract of employment, usually by gving insufficient or no notice of the termination of employment.
Unless the employee has committed a serious breach of the contract, a wrongful dismissal claim could be made in these circumstances.
There are minimum notice periods required from employers, so if they have not given these there may be a case. If you think you were wrongfully dismissed you can contact us for advice.
Wrongful dismissal claims may be brought at an employment tribunal, county court or high court and the process will depend on the value of the claim. Check out unfair dismissal claims.
